My Approach

I help millennials gain control over their anxiety, build confidence, and stop overthinking so they can build the life they love. I take an individualized approach that helps you understand your symptoms and their origins, learn new and effective coping skills, improve your perspective and the way you communicate so you can create lasting changes. I will support you and guide you through transitions so you can feel less stuck, stressed and in control of your next step.

I’m a non-traditional therapist with a modern and holistic approach. I show up to each session as my authentic self because I know how important it is to be able to trust and relate to your therapist. Each session is tailored to get you a step closer to your goals.

I am a collaborator in our sessions because let’s be real, nobody wants a therapist that nods, only listens and asks you “and how does that make you feel?” At the end of the day, we just want someone who gets us, and I get that.

In our journey together, I will hype you up and celebrate your wins with you, and at the same time, will sit with you and help you process the tough stuff. I will help you navigate life’s twists so you can build the life you love. I will use an integrative approach, meaning that I will use a combination of therapeutic techniques depending on what you need. Because everyone is different!

The short answer is: Yes!

Virtual therapy is great even when we are not in a state of a global pandemic. All you need to have is Wi-Fi, a phone, tablet or laptop, and a pair of headphones.
